**Job Purpose:**
Managing specific customer accounts, focusing on sales, planning, business development, and nurturing relationships with existing and potential customers.
**Responsibilities:**
- Identify potential customers and generate leads according to the strategic plan.
- Promote brands and convert leads into sales.
- Handle post-sales services and manage client relationships.
- Develop direct and indirect customer relationships for Ball & Roller bearings.
- Implement marketing and sales plans to meet objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and market conditions.
- Communicate value propositions effectively to customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategies.
- Collaborate with engineers and managers to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer accounts and support business growth.
- Participate in customer projects and enhance business efficiency.
- Provide monthly reports to management.
**Desired Candidate Profile:**
- B.E. in Mechanical/Production/Electrical (MBA preferred).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
