Job Summary
Rekha Interior is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Material Coordinator to manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials across project sites. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring material consumption, coordinating with vendors and site teams, and ensuring the timely availability of materials to support project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify the quantity and quality of materials received at the site.
- Maintain records of material receipts, deliveries, challans, and invoices.
- Track inward and outward movement of materials and update inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and consumption reports.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, procurement teams, and vendors.
- Monitor material usage and identify shortages, excess stock, or wastage.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials at site locations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support audit requirements.
