We are seeking a conveyancing assistant to meet the growing demands of our practice.
You will be supporting the senior conveyancer and director of the practice.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Handling conveyancing files for residential and commercial and property developments.
- Conducting searches and obtaining certificates
- Send out initial letters, cost disclosure and other documents once the director has reviewed
- Arranging settlements via PEXA and Duties online
- Liasing with external parties like banks, mortgage brokers and clients
- Should know and understand the basics of conveyancing
- Proficient with PEXA and Duties online
- Professional, punctual, enthusiatic and able to talk to clients on their matter
- Abilitiy to work under strict timelines without cutting any corners
- 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
