Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Silver Jewellery to lead end-to-end operations across procurement, production, inventory, sales channels, and team management. This is the highest operational leadership role after the Managing Director, responsible for operational control, profitability, quality, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Head complete silver jewellery operations (manufacturing / retail / wholesale)
* Oversee procurement of silver, vendor management, and cost control
* Manage production planning, quality control, and wastage reduction
* Control inventory, stock audits, and logistics across locations
* Drive sales performance across retail / wholesale channels
* Implement SOPs, process controls, and risk management systems
* Lead store managers, production teams, and sales staff
* Ensure compliance, reporting, and operational efficiency
* Plan expansion and improve profitability
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in silver jewellery industry
* Strong knowledge of silver procurement, production, and pricing
* Experience managing inventory, wastage control, and audits
* Proven leadership in handling multi-location operations
* Excellent decision-making and team management skills
* Result-oriented with strong operational command
