Key Responsibilities
- Manage front office operations, including handling calls, visitors, and courier/mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement
- Handle vendor management and negotiate contracts (housekeeping, stationery, pantry, etc.)
- Oversee facility management including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of office premises
- Maintain employee attendance records, ID cards, and access management
- Assist HR with onboarding/offboarding formalities and documentation
- Coordinate travel bookings, hotel accommodations, and logistics for employees
- Manage petty cash and basic expense tracking
- Organize company events, meetings, and conferences
- Ensure compliance with office policies, safety, and statutory requirements
- Maintain records, filing systems, and documentation (physical and digital)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
