Job Title: ERP Reports Building Specialist – SAP to Oracle Fusion Migration Experience: 12+ Years Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in IT / Finance / Engineering + ERP Reporting Expertise Location: Bangalore (Preferred) / India Industry: Healthcare / Hospital Management Role Summary seeking an experienced ERP Reports Building Specialist to design, develop, and migrate enterprise reporting solutions from SAP (BW/BO/ABAP Reports) to Oracle Fusion (OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud). This role is critical to ensuring continuity, accuracy, and enhancement of business reporting across finance, supply chain, and hospital operations. Key Responsibilities ERP Reporting Migration · Lead the end-to-end migration of reports from SAP to Oracle Fusion. · Analyze existing SAP reports (ABAP, BW, Business Objects) and redesign them using: o Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) o BI Publisher (BIP) o Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) · Ensure minimal disruption to reporting during transition. Report Design & Development · Create and optimize: o Operational reports o Financial and MIS reports o Dashboards and KPIs · Translate business requirements into scalable and user-friendly reporting solutions. · Develop pixel-perfect documents such as invoices, statements, and regulatory reports. Data Mapping & Validation · Work closely with functional teams to map SAP data structures to Oracle Fusion. · Ensure: o Data consistency and accuracy o Reconciliation between SAP legacy reports and Oracle outputs · Perform report validation, UAT support, and issue resolution. Cross-Functional Collaboration · Collaborate with: o Finance, SCM, and Clinical stakeholders o IT and ERP implementation partners · Act as the reporting SME bridging business and technical teams. Performance Optimization · Optimize report performance for large healthcare datasets. · Implement best practices for: o Query tuning o Data models o Efficient data extraction Governance & Documentation · Establish reporting standards and governance frameworks. · Maintain documentation for: o Report logic o Data sources o Business definitions Training & Support · Train end users on new Oracle reporting tools and dashboards. · Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement. Required Skills & Competencies ERP Reporting Expertise · Strong experience in: o SAP reporting tools (ABAP Reports, SAP BW, Business Objects) o Oracle Fusion reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, OAC) · Proven experience in report migration projects. Technical Skills · Strong understanding of: o SQL and data modeling o Data warehousing concepts o ETL processes · Experience with data extraction, transformation, and report automation. Functional Knowledge · Understanding of business processes in: o Finance (GL, AP, AR) o Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory) o Healthcare operations (preferred) Analytical Skills · Ability to interpret complex requirements and convert them into insightful reports. · Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
