Site Safety Management:
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits at various work zones of the site.
- Identify hazards, unsafe practices, and take preventive/corrective measures.
- Ensure usage of PPE and enforce safety guidelines across the site.
Training & Awareness:
- Organize toolbox talks, induction programs, and safety training for workers and staff.
- Promote awareness on fire safety, working at height, electrical safety, material handling, etc.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain EHS documentation like site safety checklists, incident/accident reports, near-miss registers, and permits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and internal EHS policies.
- Coordinate with external agencies for EHS audits and inspections.
Incident Management:
- Investigate accidents, determine root causes, and implement preventive actions.
- Report safety incidents promptly and maintain incident logs.
Coordination:
- Work closely with execution, P&M, and subcontractor teams to ensure safety compliance.
- Ensure adherence to Method Statements and Risk Assessments (MSRA).
