Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage transportation, warehousing, dispatch planning, and distribution operations for our beverage business. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of products, optimize logistics costs, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate effectively with sales, warehouse, and transport teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches and deliveries to distributors, retailers, and customers.
- Manage transportation schedules and ensure on-time product delivery.
- Monitor vehicle utilization, route planning, and freight costs.
- Coordinate with warehouses to maintain stock availability and inventory accuracy.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
- Prepare logistics reports, dispatch records, and delivery documentation.
- Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor inventory movement and perform stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and third-party logistics partners.
- Handle claims related to shortages, damages, and delivery discrepancies.
- Support demand planning and replenishment activities.
- Identify opportunities for logistics process improvements and cost optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations, preferably in the Beverage/FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of transportation management, warehousing, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Knowledge of route optimization and fleet management.
- Understanding of beverage distribution networks and cold-chain logistics (if applicable).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
