To lead and manage the organization's corporate communication strategy, brand positioning, internal and external communications, media relations, digital presence, and stakeholder engagement. The role will ensure consistent communication of the organization's vision, achievements, projects, business milestones, and corporate identity across all relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement an integrated corporate communication strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Establish communication guidelines, messaging frameworks, and brand standards.
- Ensure consistency of corporate messaging across internal and external communication channels.
- Support senior leadership in communicating key organizational priorities, business updates, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and manage communication initiatives for employees across corporate offices and project sites.
- Prepare internal newsletters, leadership messages, employee announcements, circulars, campaigns, and corporate updates.
- Support leadership communication during organizational changes, major initiatives, and important business developments.
- Improve employee engagement through effective communication campaigns and storytelling.
- Manage relationships with journalists, media houses, industry publications, and relevant communication partners.
- Prepare press releases, media statements, corporate announcements, speeches, and briefing notes.
- Coordinate media interviews and interactions for senior management.
- Monitor media coverage and maintain the organization's corporate reputation.
- Develop appropriate responses to sensitive or reputational issues in coordination with senior management.
- Develop and manage corporate communication content for LinkedIn, website, social media, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project updates, achievements, photographs, videos, employee stories, and business milestones.
- Ensure digital content reflects the organization's brand identity and communication standards.
- Track digital engagement and provide periodic performance reports.
- Draft speeches, presentations, messages, articles, interviews, and talking points for the CEO, CXOs, and senior leadership.
- Prepare communication material for board meetings, conferences, town halls, industry events, and corporate functions.
- Convert complex business and technical information into clear and engaging communication for different audiences.
- Develop communication plans for major EPC/infrastructure projects.
- Highlight project milestones such as project awards, groundbreaking ceremonies, commissioning, completion, major achievements, safety milestones, and client appreciation.
- Coordinate with project teams to collect accurate project information, photographs, videos, and success stories.
- Develop project case studies and corporate success stories.
- Ensure adherence to corporate branding guidelines across presentations, publications, signage, events, digital platforms, and project communication.
- Support development of corporate brochures, annual reports, company profiles, presentations, newsletters, and marketing communication materials.
- Work closely with Business Development, HR, Administration, and Project teams to maintain consistent brand positioning.
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, town halls, leadership meets, employee engagement events, and project ceremonies.
- Coordinate with external agencies, event partners, designers, photographers, and media agencies.
- Develop event communication plans, invitations, speeches, press materials, and post-event communication.
- Support the organization in managing communication during sensitive or crisis situations.
- Develop crisis communication protocols, holding statements, FAQs, and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor potential reputational risks and escalate critical issues to senior management.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication during business-critical situations.

- Work closely with HR, Business Development, Projects, Finance, Administration, and senior management teams.
- Monitor media coverage, social media performance, website engagement, and communication effectiveness.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly communication dashboards and management reports.
- Measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns and recommend improvements.

Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Preferred:
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent.
- Professional certification in Corporate Communication / PR / Digital Marketing will be an advantage.
