Job Summary:
We are looking for a Travel Desk Manager to handle all travel-related arrangements for employees and clients. The candidate will be responsible for booking flights, hotels, transportation, and managing travel schedules efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate travel bookings including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Ensure travel plans are cost-effective and within company policies.
- Maintain travel records, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Handle travel-related queries and provide support to employees.
- Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotel partners.
- Manage last-minute travel changes or cancellations.
- Ensure smooth travel experience for employees and guests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 4+ years of experience in travel management or travel desk operations.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple travel bookings at the same time.
