Key Responsibilities
- Manage delivery portfolio of multiple projects and clients.
- Ensure timely and quality project execution.
- Drive project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineering Leads on technical decisions.
- Manage resource allocation and utilization.
- Own project financials, forecasting, and delivery KPIs.
- Lead client reviews and executive-level discussions.
- Establish and improve delivery processes and best practices.
Required Experience
- 10+ years in software development and project delivery.
- Technical background in software engineering or architecture.
- Experience delivering Web, Mobile, Cloud, ERP, and AI solutions.
- Proven experience managing multi-project delivery portfolios.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience working directly with international clients.
Preferred
- PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certifications.
- Exposure to Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Experience leading distributed teams of 40+ engineers.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,440,000.00 per year
