Job Description:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails
* Resolve customer queries and provide quick and effective solutions
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
* Handle client concerns and issue resolution professionally
* Escalate unresolved issues to concerned departments
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities
* Basic computer knowledge
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dehradun, Uttarakhand (Dehradun)
