1. Project Planning & Execution
- Ensure timely execution of all civil construction activities.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines.
- Oversee RCC, finishing, structural, and infrastructure work execution.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and quality standards.
2. Quality Control & Compliance
- Maintain construction quality as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure adherence to RERA, building codes, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
- Implement corrective actions for non-compliance issues.
3. Cost Management & Budget Control
- Monitor project costing, BOQ, billing, and material consumption.
- Control wastage and optimize project costs.
- Approve contractor bills and vendor payments as per work completion.
- Ensure profitability through cost-saving initiatives.
4. Contractor & Vendor Management
- Finalize and manage contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Monitor contractor productivity and work quality.
- Resolve disputes and ensure smooth coordination among stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms effectively.
5. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead project managers, engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular review meetings and progress discussions.
- Build accountability and high-performance culture within teams.
6. Safety & Risk Management
- Ensure implementation of site safety procedures and protocols.
- Minimize construction risks and accident incidents.
- Monitor safety compliance across all sites.
- Ensure emergency preparedness and corrective action systems.
7. Reporting & Documentation
- Submit weekly/monthly project progress reports to management.
- Maintain DPR, WPR, MPR, billing, and project documentation.
- Present project updates, delays, and risk analysis to leadership.
- Maintain records related to approvals, inspections, and compliance.
8. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, authorities, and clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely project delivery.
- Handle escalations and technical clarifications efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with government and regulatory authorities.
9. Strategic Planning & Business Growth
- Develop project execution strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Support management in project feasibility and expansion planning.
- Drive innovation in construction methods and resource utilization.
10. KPI / Performance Indicators
- Project completion within timeline.
- Cost variance against approved budget.
- Quality audit scores and defect ratio.
- Contractor performance efficiency.
- Safety compliance and accident reduction.
- Customer/client satisfaction score.
- Material wastage percentage.
- Revenue and profitability achievement.
- Team productivity and manpower utilization.
- Timely closure of snag and punch points.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
