What You Will Do
- Make 200–300 outbound cold calls daily to US/Canada prospects.
- Pitch financial products, handle objections smoothly, and deliver high-energy voicemails.
- Successfully transfer interested leads to the senior team to close the deal.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly transfer targets.
Requirements
- Fluent English: Excellent verbal communication and objection-handling skills (US/Canada process experience is a big plus).
- High Energy: A resilient attitude and the drive to sustain high volume outreach.
- Night Shift Comfort: Ability to work standard North American business hours from our Nikol office.
Compensation & Benefits
- Freshers / <1 Year Exp: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 / month (Fixed Base)
- 1–3 Years Experience (US/Canada Process): ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 / month (Fixed Base)
