Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role
BeyondSkool is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic STEM Robotic Trainer who can create engaging, experiential and project-based learning experiences for students. The ideal candidate should have an interest in STEM, robotics, AI and hands-on learning and enjoy working with students.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
· Design and conduct engaging STEM and Robotics lessons and hands-on activities.
· Facilitate experiential and project-based learning for students.
· Guide students through robotics, AI and STEM-related projects.
· Introduce concepts of communication skills and financial literacy through interactive activities.
· Encourage creativity, critical thinking, innovation and teamwork among students.
· Conduct interactive classroom activities and practical demonstrations.
· Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning environment.
· Monitor student participation and progress and provide constructive feedback.
· Support students in developing problem-solving and real-world application skills.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM, Engineering, Agriculture, Technology, or a related field.
· Strong interest in experiential and project-based learning.
· Basic to good knowledge of STEM, Robotics, AI, Communication Skills and Financial Literacy.
· Ability to conduct interactive and hands-on learning activities.
· Strong communication, presentation and classroom-management skills.
· Creative, enthusiastic and comfortable working with students.
· Prior teaching, training or project-facilitation experience will be an advantage.
