Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable testing frameworks.
- Mentor junior team members to build their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align testing objectives with project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data validation techniques.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages relevant to ETL testing.
- Ability to design and execute comprehensive test cases for data accuracy and integrity.
- Familiarity with database technologies and query languages to support testing activities.
- Skilled in analyzing test results and troubleshooting issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
