We are a US-based wholesale distribution business with a niche but highly successful business. Visit www.clearplus.com for details. We would like to start building a back-office team in Lucknow. The first position is admin/data entry/bookkeeping/function.
Key tasks:
-Answering order acknowledgement emails for daily incoming POs.
-creating our sales orders (SO) paying attention to detail for customer/ship to address/part numbers/order qty/price, etc.
-Creating warehouse pick slip for the SOs.
-posting payments received from checks/bank transfers to customer accounts after verification and approval of currency/discounts/invoice numbers etc.
-creating weekly/monthly sales reports for company sales managers and agents.
This is a fast-paced job with very little down time and a 8 to 10-hour-a-day commitment.
Requirements:
-accounting degree/some CA training preferred. 5-to-7-year executive level training and experience in any finance and accounting function.
-fluent written and verbal English. Non-negotiable.
-computer savvy (outlook automation / establishing rules/files/folder/organization). Excel expert level. We use Quick Books (QB - which is like TALLY). So, the person must have adaptive resourcefulness independently. Figure it out using Chat GPT/Claud/ AI/ on-line videos on QB.
-Job requires working live in US EST (8:30 AM US EST to 3:00 PM US EST). Then putting 2 to 4 hours on flexible time during candidates’ availability. This is non-negotiable. Please understand and know this so there is no expectation gap.
-Having stable high-speed internet and desk top to allow work from home
-Quiet / uninterrupted workplace for seamless working with US based office manager via phone/whatsapp/email in a live environment between fixed hours.
-attention to detail/ discipline.
Pay:
Negotiable based on experience/ability/match.
