Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment for IT/technical roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial calls.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Schedule and follow up on technical interviews
- Maintain candidate pipeline and track recruitment status
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of technical roles (IT hiring)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good coordination
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
