Archnetix Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a professional, organized, and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to manage the front desk and support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling visitors, coordinating meetings, assisting management with administrative tasks, managing backend office operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities Front Office Management
● Welcome and assist visitors, clients, candidates, and vendors in a professional manner.
● Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
● Maintain the reception area and ensure a positive first impression of the company.
● Manage visitor records and employee attendance logs, if required.
Administrative & Backend Support
● Coordinate with management for day-to-day office operations.
● Schedule meetings, appointments, interviews, and conference room bookings.
● Coordinate walk-in candidates and visitors with the respective departments.
● Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
● Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents as required.
● Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
Coordination & Communication
● Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance personnel.
● Follow up with internal teams regarding pending tasks and management requests.
● Assist management in coordinating office inspections, audits, and compliance-related activities.
● Support HR in interview coordination, onboarding activities, and employee documentation.
Office Administration
● Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
● Ensure office facilities are well maintained and report maintenance issues.
● Support smooth communication between departments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
