Experience: 7+ years of supervisory or management experience in an FMCG or food production environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Execution
Optimize Resources: Maximize the efficiency of manpower, raw materials, and machinery.
Schedule Creation: Plan and adjust daily/weekly manufacturing schedules to meet market demand and dispatch targets.
Performance Tracking: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and yield rates. [1]
2. Quality Control & Regulatory Compliance
Strict Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as FSSAI, ISO 22000, and HACCP protocols.
Audit Readiness: Maintain process documentation and lead facility walkthroughs during regulatory inspections and quality audits.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks on raw materials and finished goods to ensure consistent taste, texture, and packaging integrity. [1, 2, 3]
3. Team Management & Leadership
Workforce Development: Supervise, train, and guide production staff, ensuring productivity and safety on the plant floor.
Staffing: Handle rostering, shift management, and performance evaluations in coordination with HR. [1]

Supply Chain: Coordinate with procurement and store departments for the timely availability of ingredients and packaging materials.
