We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Civil Trainer (Fresher) to join our technical training team. This position is ideal for recent graduates in Civil Engineering who have a passion for teaching, mentoring, and sharing technical knowledge with students or trainees. The role involves delivering engaging training sessions in civil engineering software, construction methods, and industry practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver basic-level training sessions in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, REVIT ARCHITECTURE, 3Ds Max (based on your skill set).
- Assist senior trainers in conducting practical workshops, lab sessions, and project reviews.
- Support students in understanding civil engineering concepts such as construction methods, structural design, estimation, and surveying.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and presentations under the guidance of the training head.
- Continuously learn and upgrade technical knowledge to deliver updated content aligned with current industry trends.
- Conduct assessments, track trainee progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain proper documentation and training records for each batch.
- Provide doubt-clearing sessions, help students with project execution, and support them in software tools.
- Coordinate with academic counselors and management for student engagement and placement support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Good understanding of core civil engineering subjects like structural analysis, construction materials, surveying, and estimation.
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools and teaching methodologies.
- Ability to handle a classroom environment and work with students of diverse backgrounds.
- Positive attitude, patience, and passion for teaching/training.
