About the Role
BringBrandOn is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Assistant Executive to support daily business operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and the confidence to interact with clients, team members, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Maintain and manage daily tasks, records, and documentation.
- Connect with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and the CEO.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports, update records, and support day-to-day operations.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, departments, and management.
- Assist in organizing projects and tracking progress.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail.
