Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor vehicle sales, inventory accounting, and cost of goods sold.
- Reconcile customer payments, vendor accounts, and manufacturer/dealer receivables.
- Process payroll and employee reimbursements, if applicable.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Prepare and file statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Track fixed assets, depreciation, and capital expenditures.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Generate MIS reports and provide financial analysis to management.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records in accordance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

- Experience in automobile dealerships, vehicle manufacturing, spare parts, or automotive service centers.
- Familiarity with dealer management systems (DMS) is an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
