DentatHome is India’s pioneering portable dental care company, delivering clinic-grade dental treatment at patients’ homes. We work extensively with elderly, bedridden, medically compromised, and mobility-constrained patients, providing complete dental treatment through portable equipment and trained clinical teams.
We are looking for an Operations & Patient Care Coordinator who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations, patient coordination, and doctor scheduling.
This is a high-ownership role for someone organised, proactive, and good with people.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Coordination
- Coordinate appointments with patients and families
- Handle follow-ups and patient communication
- Address basic patient queries and coordinate escalations
- Ensure smooth scheduling and treatment flow
Operations Management
- Coordinate doctors, assistants, and home visits
- Manage daily schedules and logistics
- Ensure smooth execution of treatments and appointments
- Coordinate with elder care homes, facilities, and partner organisations
Clinic & Inventory Coordination
- Track consumables, instruments, and inventory
- Ensure kits and equipment are ready for treatments
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance where required
- Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain patient records and treatment tracking
- Coordinate invoicing and internal reports
- Update Google Sheets / Excel / software records
- Ensure operational SOPs are followed
Who We Are Looking For
Strong communication & people management skills
Good computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email)
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and solve problems
Comfortable in a startup environment
Prior healthcare/clinic experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Qualification
Graduate preferred (B.Com / BMS / BA / BSc)
Experience
0–3 years (Healthcare / clinic / operations experience preferred)
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(depending on experience, ownership, and skill)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
