The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the day-to-day operations of Edumentora across its Calicut and Kochi branches. The role involves overseeing branch activities, backend administration, B2B coordination, marketing activities, performance monitoring, and ensuring smooth execution of operational processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and monitor the daily operations of Calicut and Kochi branches.
· Oversee backend administrative activities from the Tirur office.
· Track and support admissions, project allocations, fee collections, and student service processes.
· Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth operational workflow and timely task completion.
· Monitor operational performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
· Conduct monthly review meetings with branch teams to assess performance and progress.
· Communicate organizational targets, goals, and operational updates to branch teams.
· Share achievements, success stories, announcements, and important updates across all branches.
· Ensure proper coordination between Edumentora operations, university-related activities, and internal departments.
· Coordinate and monitor B2B partnerships, institutional collaborations, and business relationship activities.
· Support business development initiatives and follow up on partnership opportunities.
· Monitor and coordinate marketing activities across branches.
· Oversee social media marketing activities and ensure timely execution of campaigns and promotional initiatives.
· Coordinate with marketing teams and vendors to ensure brand visibility and lead generation activities are effectively implemented.
· Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
· Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to branch operations.
Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Branch Coordination, or Educational Institution Management.
· Strong organizational and coordination skills.
· Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with teams across locations.
· Willingness to travel to Calicut and Kochi branches for monthly reviews.
Preferred Experience
· Experience in the Education, EdTech, Training, or University Coordination sector.
· Exposure to admissions management, student services, or branch operations.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
