Profile: UNITY DEVELOPER (Roblox)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Roblox Developer to join our game development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing engaging Roblox games and experiences while collaborating with designers, artists, and backend teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and develop immersive games and experiences on the Roblox platform Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using Lua scripting.
· Implement game mechanics, UI systems, physics, and multiplayer features.
· Collaborate with game designers, 3D artists, and animators to bring concepts to life.
· Optimize game performance for smooth gameplay across devices.
· Integrate monetization systems (in-game purchases, game passes, etc.)
· Debug, test, and maintain game features post-launch.
· Stay updated with Roblox platform updates, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience in game development (preferably Roblox)
· Strong proficiency in Lua scripting Hands-on experience with Roblox Studio.
· Good understanding of game physics, UI/UX, and gameplay mechanics.
· Experience in multiplayer game development and networking concepts.
· Familiarity with 3D modeling workflows and asset integration.
· Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
· Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
· Good to Have Experience with other game engines like Unity / Unreal Knowledge of backend systems, APIs, or cloud integration.
· Experience in monetization strategies and analytics tools.
· Familiarity with metaverse or immersive gaming concepts
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
