Job title: Light/Heavy Duty Driver
The candidate will be responsible for driving light/ heavy vehicles (4 wheelers) safely and efficiently, transporting construction materials, equipment, and other site-related items as required. The role also involves ensuring proper vehicle maintenance, following safety regulations, and supporting smooth transportation operations for project work.
Key Responsibilities
Drive light/ heavy-duty vehicles for transport of construction materials, machinery, and equipment
Ensure safe and timely delivery of materials to project sites
Follow all traffic rules, road safety, and company guidelines
Inspect vehicle condition before and after trips
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle
Report repairs, breakdowns, or maintenance issues on time
Keep vehicle-related documents updated and available
Support loading and unloading activities when required
Coordinate with site teams and supervisors for movement schedules
Maintain trip records and fuel usage details if required
Required Qualifications
Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License
Relevant experience as a Heavy Duty Driver is preferred
Good knowledge of road safety practices and vehicle handling
Ability to drive long routes and support site transportation needs
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is an advantage
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
