We are currently hiring for the position of Planning Engineer (MEP) at our Ahmedabad location, and based on your experience, we believe your profile could be a strong fit for this opportunity.
Job Summary:
The Planning Engineer (MEP) will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination of HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing works to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project schedules using MS Project
- Develop WBS, timelines, and milestone plans
- Monitor project progress against schedules and prepare delay/recovery reports
- Coordinate with site, design, procurement, and execution teams
- Ensure timely availability of drawings, materials, and approvals
- Prepare MIS reports and progress updates for management
- Support material planning, manpower tracking, and resource utilization
- Assist in quantity tracking and RA billing activities
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing)
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and MS Excel
- Strong planning, analytical, and coordination skills
Preferred Profile:
- 3–4 years of experience in MEP project planning
- Exposure to site execution and project coordination
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
