Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Senior Purchase Executive with experience in procurement for warehouse infrastructure, industrial projects, and manufacturing environments. Responsible for end-to-end procurement, vendor development, commercial negotiations, technical evaluation, and timely procurement while ensuring cost, quality and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end procurement for mechanical, civil, electrical and warehouse infrastructure projects.
Develop vendors, negotiate commercial terms and ensure policy compliance.Procure racking systems, mezzanine floors, MHE, dock levelers, industrial doors, conveyors, ASRS, fire systems, HVAC, flooring, PEB, electrical and plumbing materials.
Interpret drawings/BOQs, coordinate with Engineering and ensure specification compliance. Coordinate with Projects, Planning, Stores, Finance and Production for timely deliveries.Maintain ERP, MIS, contracts and procurement documentation.
Required Skills:
Negotiation, vendor management, vendor development, industrial procurement, mechanical drawings, analytical skills, communication, MS Excel and ERP knowledge.
Key Products:
Structural steel, fabrication items, mechanical equipment, fasteners, bearings, motors, gearboxes, pneumatic & hydraulic components, electrical panels, cables, lighting, industrial safety equipment and civil materials.
Preferred Candidate: 1–3 years relevant experience with strong technical and commercial understanding and ability to independently manage procurement from RFQ to delivery.
