The Team Leader – Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales teams across Ernakulam, Kottayam, and Trivandrum. The role involves driving business growth, achieving regional sales targets, mentoring team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team.
- Set sales targets and monitor individual and team performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Guide the team in lead generation, client acquisition, follow-ups, and business closures.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Management to ensure seamless execution of business activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
- Travel across assigned regions to support and monitor sales operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
