We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to support our sales organization by managing sales operations, MIS reporting, data management, agreement coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth sales processes, provide actionable business insights, and work closely with the sales leadership team to achieve organizational goals.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports for the Head of Department, including customer-wise, sales representative-wise, brand-wise, and territory-wise sales performance.
Track HEU and ASP performance and share regular business insights.
Coordinate daily with the sales team on sales updates, agreement status, and SFDC reports.
Consolidate sales plans with the National Sales Manager (NSM) and Head of Key Account Management (KAM), ensuring alignment with approved budgets and targets.
Monitor and update CIS and HCC agreements, ensuring timely follow-up with the sales team.
Maintain documentation related to CIS and HCC agreements.
Track SFDC field activity reports and enterprise visits for leadership review.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless business operations.
Follow up with the sales team on account receivables to support DSO control.
Manage special projects, including balance confirmations, ACS documentation, and brand authorization certificates.
Share regular VRP and customer-wise sales achievement updates with the sales team.
Manage sales data, pricing updates, agreement finalization, and sales closing follow-ups.
Experience
10+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, MIS Reporting, Commercial Operations, or a related role.
Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM tools is preferred.
Proven experience in sales reporting, agreement management, pricing updates, receivables tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
Good Knowledge in MS Excel
