- Support the General Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
- Analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to improve sales performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality service and quick support.
- Assist in planning sales budgets and forecasting future sales.
- Organize sales meetings, training, and performance reviews for the sales team.
- Contribute to increasing company revenue and market growth.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
