Job Summary
We are looking for Experienced SPM Assembly Technicians/Engineers who have knowledge of Special Purpose Machines (SPM), mechanical assembly, and pneumatic cylinders. Candidates with experience in assembling industrial automation machines, reading assembly drawings, and handling mechanical components are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Jigs, Fixtures, Gauges, and SPM Machines.
- Create 3D models, assemblies, and detailed manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks.
- Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD.
- Design machine parts, fabrication structures, and mechanical assemblies.
- Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) and engineering documentation.
- Modify existing designs based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Assembly, and Electrical teams.
- Support machine assembly and resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure drawings comply with manufacturing and quality standards.
- Participate in machine trials, installation support, and continuous design improvements.
Required Skills
- Experience or knowledge in SPM Machine Assembly.
- Knowledge of Pneumatic Cylinders and pneumatic components.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of machine fitting and alignment.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Freshers with ITI/Diploma/B.E. Mechanical who have completed projects or internships in SPM/Machine Assembly can apply.
- Experienced candidates (1–5 Years) in SPM machine assembly, industrial automation, or machine building are preferred.
