Key Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate CNC turning machines to machine parts from materials like steel and aluminum.
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to meet tight tolerances.
- Load raw materials, adjust machine settings, perform tool changes, and monitor operations for optimal efficiency.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning to ensure machine reliability and safety.
- Maintain accurate production records, report issues, and adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards.

- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and commitment to workplace safety.
