Key Responsibilities * Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner. * Supervise daily restaurant floor operations. * Ensure excellent customer service throughout the dining experience. * Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth and timely service. * Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally. * Guide and support service staff during operations. * Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards. * Ensure proper table setup and restaurant presentation. * Monitor staff performance and maintain service quality. Requirements * Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in a restaurant or hotel. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to lead a team and work under pressure. * Customer-oriented with a positive attitude. * Willing to work in rotational shifts.
