IT Recruiter
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
We are looking for an IT Recruiter with strong approach skills and monthly closure capability for paid training programs.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to generate leads and approach candidates for paid training programs
- Strong convincing and counseling skills to convert inquiries into enrollments
- Responsible for achieving monthly admission/closing targets
- Experience in handling student/candidate queries and explaining training benefits clearly
- Good communication and follow-up skills to maintain conversion ratio
- Ability to work with marketing and HR team for lead conversion
Focus Area:
- Lead generation + candidate conversion
- Monthly enrollment/closing targets
- Strong negotiation and counseling ability
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
