Senior Quantity Estimation Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Quantity Estimation Engineer with strong expertise in finishing works, Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), rate analysis, budgeting, and bill checking. The candidate will handle quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and verification of contractor bills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings
- Develop dia-wise and element-wise BBS for RCC works
- Quantify finishing materials (flooring, plaster, paint, cladding, ceilings, waterproofing, etc.)
- Prepare rate analysis and project budgets
- Verify contractor RA & final bills against drawings and BOQs
- Support cost control, reconciliation, and MIS reporting
Skills & Tools:
- Strong knowledge of RCC detailing & finishing works
- Expertise in rate analysis, budgeting, and bill checking
- AutoCAD & Advanced Excel (mandatory)
- Tekla / BIM quantity experience – added advantage
Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineerin

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
