The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the EV service center. The role involves understanding customer concerns, coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and promoting after-sales services for electric two-wheelers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand vehicle/service concerns.
- Create job cards and explain repair or maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with technicians for diagnosis and repair updates.
- Communicate estimated timelines and costs to customers.
- Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles.
- Handle warranty claims and service documentation.
- Educate customers about EV maintenance, charging practices, and software updates.
- Follow up with customers after service completion for feedback.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and retention targets.
- Upsell accessories, AMC packages, and value-added services where applicable.
Required Skills

- Basic understanding of electric vehicles and automotive systems.

- Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred.

- Team player with strong organizational skills.
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile or EV service operations.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
