Responsibilities
- Performance marketing across Meta and Google — owning CAC, ROAS and budget
- Social media strategy and execution, including premium brand-building content
- D2C funnel ownership — site traffic, conversion, email/WhatsApp/CRM and retention
- Content and creative direction — photography briefs, ad creatives, A+ content support for the e-commerce team
- SEO/SEM for the D2C store; analytics, dashboards and monthly performance reporting
- Brand consistency across mid-segment and premium lines; influencer and UGC activity
- Managing agencies, freelancers and any junior marketing staff
Must-Have Criteria
- Graduate/MBA in marketing; 4–7 years in digital marketing
- Genuine full-stack range — hands-on performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4) AND brand/social/content
- Demonstrable ROAS and budget ownership, plus brand-building work (not just ad operations)
- Home/lifestyle/fashion D2C experience preferred
