Intern – Teacher Quality Assurance | Bengaluru (HSR Layout)
BrightCHAMPS is looking for a Teacher Quality Assurance Intern to join our Quality Assurance team.

Role: Intern – Teacher Quality Assurance
Location: Bengaluru (HSR Layout)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for student drop-offs during live classes.
- Investigate and document reasons for student no-shows and missed sessions.
- Analyze attendance trends across teachers, time slots, and student cohorts.
- Maintain accurate reports and share actionable insights.
- Identify recurring issues and collaborate with QA and Operations teams for resolution.
- Work closely with teachers, academic counselors, and operations teams to improve session quality and student retention.
Who We're Looking For:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Interest or prior experience in EdTech, Quality Assurance, or Education is a plus.
