Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads
* Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer relationships
* Schedule meetings for the sales team
* Update customer records and call reports regularly
* Handle customer queries professionally
Requirements:
* Good communication and convincing skills
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
* Ability to work with targets and deadlines
* Experience in telecalling, customer service, or lead generation preferred
