About the Role:
We are hiring a Junior Civil Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in general construction projects . The candidate will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure timely, safe, and quality execution of construction works. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about civil construction
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day activities at the construction site.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve site issues.
Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation for management.
Support senior engineers in quantity estimation, material management, and technical solutions
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methods
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and site plans
Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent (preferred).
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines.
Experience:
2–3 years in general construction projects (residential, commercial, or infrastructure).
