Reports To: HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and coordinate recruitment activities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and training institutions.
Follow up on enquiries and convert them into training enrollments.
Support HR operations and departmental activities as required.
Prepare and submit regular reports to the HR Manager.
Coordinate on-boarding and employee-related administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers may apply)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
