We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, financial documentation, taxation work, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST/TDS compliance, and documentation handling.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping
- Prepare and manage invoices, vouchers, purchase entries, and payment records
- Handle accounts payable and receivable activities
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial statements
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and reporting
- Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions
- Assist in monthly closing and reporting activities
- Manage email communication with vendors, clients, and auditors professionally
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in accounting and financial operations
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and accounting processes
- Experience in preparing invoices, payment entries, and financial reports
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and MS Word
- Good communication and professional email drafting skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently
