Role Summary
The company is hiring Mechanical Engineers, Civil Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and a Despatch Supervisor to support production, maintenance, and dispatch operations. Candidates will work in shifts, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities
Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineers
- Assist in production, maintenance, and project execution as per department requirements.
- Monitor and maintain machinery, electrical systems, and civil works to ensure smooth operations.
- Support production teams in implementing technical processes and quality standards.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and ensure design compliance.
- Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and compliance records.
Despatch Supervisor
- Oversee dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport teams for smooth logistics.
- Maintain records of shipments, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor safety and compliance standards during loading/unloading.
- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of respective engineering discipline (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical).
- Knowledge of maintenance practices, production workflows, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and under operational deadlines.
Education & Experience
- Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineers: Diploma or B.E. in respective engineering discipline.
- Despatch Supervisor: Diploma, B.E., or equivalent experience in logistics/operations.
- Experience: 1–3 years in manufacturing, production, maintenance, or dispatch operations.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Work Environment
- Location: Pondicherry Plant – PIPDIC Industrial Estate, Sedarapet.
- Working Hours:
- Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineers: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Shift basis)
- Despatch Supervisor: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Shift basis)
