Job Profile:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning across all departments, maintain high service standards, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive operational efficiency while achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the resort, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments.
- Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Guest Relations teams.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest complaints.
- Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain service quality.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and team development.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Monitor inventory, operational expenses, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and hospitality regulations.
- Prepare operational reports, MIS, and performance analysis for management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management (BHM), B.Sc. Hospitality & Hotel Administration, MBA (Hospitality Management), or any relevant qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in resort, hotel, or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and guest relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, SOPs, budgeting, and hospitality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
