Job Description – Design & Development Engineer (Pneumatic products)
1. Product Design & Development
Develop new product designs and improve existing ones based on
functional and manufacturing requirements.
Create 3D models, detailed drawings, and specifications using CAD
software .
Ensure product designs comply with industry standards, customer
requirements, and safety regulations.
2. DFMEA & Risk Analysis
Conduct Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) to identify
potential failure modes and their effects.
Implement corrective actions to minimize design risks and improve
reliability.
Work closely with quality, production, and testing teams to ensure riskmitigated
designs.
3. Prototyping & Testing
Develop prototypes and oversee testing for performance validation.
Work with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure design
feasibility.
Analyze test results and implement necessary design modifications.
4. Manufacturing & Process Support
Collaborate with production and process engineering teams to optimize
designs for manufacturing.
Support cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure design-for-manufacturing (DFM) and design-for-assembly (DFA)
principles are applied.
5. Documentation & Compliance
Prepare engineering documentation, Stage wise Production Drawings
and design reports, technical specifications, and BOMs.
Maintain revision control and update designs based on customer
feedback and internal improvements.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry best practices.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
