Job Responsibilities
- Contact warm leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Explain AKALPAM products and their benefits to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build trust.
- Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales updates.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or inside sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and CRM/Excel is an advantage.
