ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Travel Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in the travel industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about travel, has a good grip on domestic and international destinations, and is eager to grow within a dynamic team. You will assist in planning travel packages, managing bookings, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning and booking domestic and international travel itineraries
- Handle flight, hotel, and transfer bookings through online portals or GDS tools
- Follow up with clients for travel documents, preferences, and approvals
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and ground operators for smooth travel execution
- Manage visa documentation, travel insurance, and related paperwork
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Support the senior travel team in preparing quotes and cost sheets
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client profiles in the system
ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–2 years of experience in a travel agency, OTA, airline, or hospitality company
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of GDS platforms (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo) is a plus
- Familiarity with popular domestic & international leisure destinations
- IATA / TAAI certification is an added advantage (not mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

COMPENSATION & PERKS
Monthly CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience & interview performance)
