- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage overall kitchen operations and food production
- Plan menus and maintain food quality standards
- Supervise kitchen staff and daily cooking operations
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Monitor food cost, inventory, and wastage control
- Coordinate with F&B and banquet teams for smooth operations
- Handle guest food preferences and special requirements
Requirements
- Strong culinary and kitchen management skills
- Good knowledge of food production and hygiene standards
- Leadership and team handling ability
- Knowledge of food cost and inventory management
- Creative approach towards menu planning and presentation
- Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
